Students must adhere to the dress code for classes except when taking for a short summer session or camp. Our dress code requirements are found HERE

Regular attendance is important to maintain your technique & for learning performance piece. Please notify us by filling out an absence form in your Parent Portal when a student will be missing class. You may schedule a make-up class at the same time as you fill out an absence form in your Parent Portal. Students may make up in any age/level appropriate class for any class missed. Make up classes expire after 1 month and classes may not be made up during summer camps or intensives. Students must be currently enrolled to use make up classes. Classes may also not be made up in performance classes during the 4-5 weeks prior to our Spring Performance. Make up classes are not transferable.

Please give at least one week notice prior to the first of the month via e-mail if you are dropping a class or changing your class schedule. Any unpaid balances will be charged prior to discontinuance of EFT. Class withdrawals made after the debit on the 1st of each month will be charged the full month. No refunds will be given. Dance Creations Academy reserves the right to terminate lessons of any student for any reason. In such a case a refund for unused lessons will be given.

In an effort to cover the cost of credit card processing fees, we will charge 2.89% on every transaction paid using a credit card. This does NOT apply to debit cards and bank accounts.

Our Spring Performance for the 26-27’ Season will be the weekend of May 15th & 16th. More details about our performance will be released later in the season. Stay tuned!

They are ordered through dance catalogs in December. Sizing is by measurement, so your student will be measured in November of each year. We add a 2 inches to the younger students to allow room for growth. Your costume fee will be debited from your account on Nov 16th. Costumes are not custom-made and may require alterations. Pants may require hemming. Some accessories may need to be attached by parent. We select the highest quality costume for the best price. These are not made for everyday use and must be cared for accordingly. Please contact us immediately after receiving your costume if it is extremely big or small. No refunds on costumes even if student withdraws. Combination class students will perform one dance number.

Parents, legal guardians, students and adult students waive the right to legal action for any injury sustained resulting from normal dance activity or any other activity conducted by the students, their family or friends before, during or after class time at Dance Creations Academy property or at any performance venues . All students are responsible for all costs resulting from any injury sustained at the studio or any performance location. Parents and students must be aware that there is an inherent risk in physical activity and will assume risk as such.
